Price vary depending on the model or size of the product. All prices quoted are customers' net costs in United States Currency. Prices do not include freight, handling, applicable federal, state or local taxes, or duties. Prices and terms herein are subject to change without notice. Market Sensitive Commodity items will be priced according to current market conditions.
Quotations
Prices cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. Oral quotations prevail for the day quoted. Written quotations will be honored for thirty (30) days from the day quoted. Only established GP accounts will be provided with special price quotations.
Freight Policy
Shipments are freight prepaid and add, collect from any FD warehouse. A minimum handling charge is added to all shipments. An additional handling charge is not added to shipments of backordered items. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as shipment from point specified by customer, or customer's carrier, or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. At FD option, freight policy for export orders may be subject to special terms and conditions. Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier.
